Chapter President
Colin Loyet
Every great group needs a leader. Leonardo and the Ninja Turtles, Katy Perry and those sharks from a few years ago, five-time Emmy award winning news anchor Ron Burgundy and the Channel 4 News Team, Colin Loyet and SigEp. The cleanest thing to ever come out of Edwardsville, Illinois, Colin doesn’t like to look back at the past. Instead he looks towards the future. He has been working with the city of Springfield to bring recycling services to every house on Greek Row, is creating a program to help MSU business majors navigate the murky waters of Wall Street, and runs at least five miles a day because heart disease never sleeps. He aspires to work on Wall Street and listens to Miley Cyrus’ “The Climb” to keep his eyes on that prize.

Vice President of Programming
David Grant
You’re enjoying a nice evening with your church group when all of a sudden, the lights dim. Horns blare, fog rolls into the room, strobe lights simultaneously blind you and give you a better look at the figure entering the room. No, this isn’t Conor McGregor (although they are the same size) this is something much more frightening. The undisputed, welterweight champion of community service...DAVID GRANT!!! Give him a few more inches (height wise) and Bill Bellicheck would be drooling over David’s potential as the gritty, vocal, fundamentally sound slot receiver that he was destined to be. God works in funny ways though and we were blessed with a great brother with a 4.0 GPA, a love for Game of Thrones, and a soul-crushing obsession with the Bears...there’s always next year, David.

Chaplain
Griffin Kraut
Brother Kraut hails from the mean streets of Edwardsville, Illinois. In his time wandering the halls of Edwardsville High Griffin joined National Honor Society, German club--unsurprising given his last name, and played VARSITY football. He really wanted me to stress the varsity part. Kraut is our holy man, our priest, our chaplain, and our chapters Biggest Loser Champion losing 70 pounds in under a year. Not everyone appreciated his efforts but hey, look at that jaw line.

Josh Reed
Well, well, well if it isn’t Josh, our baby brother on exec. Josh Reed is a Construction Management major who boldly aspires to one day "get a job and start a family". A lot can be said about Josh, you’re just going to need an encyclopedia to describe him properly. Coming from Edwardsville Illinois, he has fought ambitiously and moved up the ranks now managing our coveted house and the 40 other Sig Apes inside.

Vice President of Operations
Shane Vogt
Shane Vogt, or better known as "Chief", is a force to be reckoned with in any room let alone a chapter meeting. Shane was born in the backwoods of Colombia Illinois, which is why he is often confused with a lumberjack on break. Having a reckless sense of achievement, he works tirelessly to create the best social events in the Springfield area. Currently majoring in Risk Management and Insurance, he fills his free time cracking down on the liabilities in the chapter putting his risk management degree to work. Whatever you need, Shane is your guy.
