This fall, Sigma Phi Epsilon, Missouri Eta Chapter, will be awarding $2,000 in scholarships to male students who are incoming to Missouri State University called the Balanced Man Scholarship.
The Balanced Man Scholarship rewards students who have shown academic excellence, leadership skills, and a commitment to their health and well-being. At the Missouri State University Chapter, SigEp believes that recognizing students who demonstrate balance and all-around excellence is one way to promote this important idea. We are committed to helping our members develop the skills they need to succeed in the classroom, their future job, and everyday life. Additionally, every person should understand that joining the organization is NOT a requirement to be eligible to apply or win this scholarship.
The scholarship will be awarded to three applicants who exemplify the fraternity’s values (virtue, diligence, and brotherly love) by being a balanced man in their everyday lives. The awards will be presented at the Balanced Man Scholarship Banquet on September 13, 2020, at Missouri State University.
The application deadline is August 23, 2020, and it only takes a couple of minutes to apply! If you have any questions about the scholarship or Sigma Phi Epsilon in general, please do not hesitate to contact our BMS Chair, Chris Krickhahn, VP of Recruitment, Sam Spivey, or President, Colin Loyet, via phone or email:
