Every year, Missouri State University’s Missouri Eta chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon men organize SigEp Sweetheart, a unique week-long philanthropic event. The event’s goal is to collect charitable donations for our national fraternity’s charity, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks, and the Missouri Eta Educational Foundation, which contributes to the funding of our annual Balanced Man Scholarship. But we also name the next SigEp Sweetheart of the chapter after the namesake. The annual SigEp Sweetheart Pageant, a kick-off cookout, several social media events, and much more will be part of this year’s event!
The members of Sigma Phi Epsilon raised about $10,000 and $13,962 the year before to donate to charities. Each year, the men of the Missouri Eta chapter of Sigma Phi Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks. The chapter’s goal this year is to raise $15,000 for charities we work with.
