On June 14th, Brother Kyle Czeschin and Tyler Hammond flew out to Richmond Virginia to attend the Frank J. Ruck Leadership institute. Here, they stayed at the University of Richmond where they were able to gain countless topics of leadership skills and qualities to bring back to improve the Chapter of Missouri Eta, as well as to improve personal growth of leadership for themselves. They were joined by over 100 other Sig Ep’s from around the nation. 

We are so thankful for the opportunity for brothers Kyle Czeschin and Tyler Hammond to attend this leadership institute and can’t wait to see them grow as leaders! “Teaching the few to impact the many…”
